Indian weddings are mostly famous because of their pageant and celebration of new kinship bond. This celebration lasts long for four to five days. Whenever we hear or read the word wedding first thought comes to anyone’s mind is what to wear or which dress should one wear at the wedding? It’s the most common and most confusing question which comes to anyone’s mind.

If you are also confused about wedding dress then here are some tips /suggestions through which you can solve your problems with wedding dresses.

Engagement Ceremony/Roka

An engagement ceremony/Roka is a very consequential pre-wedding ceremony. In Indian weddings, it is considered as the beginning of a new relationship between not just the couple but also the families.

Female Guest:
Female guests can wear something Indian or indo-western dresses but it shouldn’t be too gaudy. Wear appropriate jewellery with the dress to look perfect.
Avoid too plain and casual dresses like denim.

Avoid inauspicious colours like black and white.

Male guest

Go with your best ethnic and Indo-western wear for the wedding.
Heavy-work sherwani’s since you don’t want to out-do the groom.
